Once a project has been designed and a complete set of drawings has been assembled, we will work with your preferred kitchen equipment provider, and offer multiple alternatives to competitively bid the project. We issue a detailed specification book with our bid set of drawings that qualifies each piece of equipment, ensuring all bids are equal and the equipment is provided at full design intent.
