Nathan Logan founded ML Restaurant Solutions in 2008, after a successful and career as an Executive Chef. Starting in the industry after graduating from Washington State University with Degrees in Hotel/Restaurant Administration and in Business Management, he decided to pursue a more traditional way to connect with food. By working stages with highly regarded chefs both in this country and throughout several years in Italy, he was able to gain experience and learn from kitchen perspectives.
Having a passion for food, and an absolute belief that a truly successful chef needs to blend this passion with strong business acumen; a company mission was created to provide a unique perspective that views kitchen design as more than equipment layout. MLRS has designed and managed several high- profile and successful builds across the country.
